Broken Spring Repair
Customer Issue: One of the customer’s springs blew out in the middle of closing, giving him and his family quite the scare. The door caught itself and would not budge after the break.
Our Solution: Our first step was unplugging the opener, and supporting the door in its current position and then throwing the manual release. This let us guide it shut in a controlled manner. After that, we eased the torsion caps off to release the springs’ remaining tension, and then removed the old springs. After cleaning and oiling the spools, we installed the new pair and hooked everything back up for testing.
Roller Replacement
Customer Issue: Ms. May found that her garage door seemed to be moving slower and dragging as it moved, so she asked us to look at it for her.
Our Solution: Examining the garage door’s system led our expert to find that the rollers of the garage door were damaged from wear, as well as rusting. This was causing the door to struggle was it moved up and down the track. After clamping the door into place, the tracks were opened to remove the damaged rollers and replace them.
Sensor Alignment
Customer Issue: Our customer’s garage door kept reversing when he tried to close it.
Our Solution: After a thorough look at the garage door’s system, our team discovered that the sensors were no longer aligned. This was signaling that something was beneath it even when nothing was there. Our team carefully realigned them to fix it.
Opener Repair
Customer Issue: Garage door opener not working.
Our Solution: This was a bit of an unusual case, as two problems occurred at once. The main motor gear broke, and the circuit board malfunctioned at the same time. We replaced both parts, and then reprogrammed the customer's remotes and tested the opener's safety sensors to ensure it was safe to use the unit once again.

We presented him with several different options and he chose the LiftMaster 8360W, a powerful chain drive model with battery backup, Wi-Fi connectivity and safety and security features.
